Our proprietary hardware and software give us the ability to handle all of the unique needs of your facility. We can identify multiple types of products and package sizes, so items can be counted efficiently and accurately. Our system also allows us to reference multiple databases. Tex Cal can use each product's unique SKU, UPC, NDC, or Suppler Number. The database is then searched for corresponding information, including the description, package or case size, and price. As each section is counted, we provide a detailed section report in the same order as the items are found on the shelf. We provide a complete and final report before the inventory crew leaves the facility.

With all SKU/UPC inventories, each section is identified on a detailed floor plan of your facility. A summary is also provided with present and past inventories, along with the relevant dollar change (by fixture). We provide an item-by-item list in the order the merchandise was counted. All audit sheets are checked and verified. Any changes can be made immediate, while the crew is still at the facility. Then it is all placed in a binder for your reference. We also provide an electronic file that can be exported into ASCII, Access, Excel or your own system. You will receive complete and final inventory reports and data before the inventory crew leaves to facility.
